Our main goal is to present the products and services which will
compensate our customers’ needs and expectations; with top quality
and optimum total cost.
Our management system to reach this goal will be “TOTAL QUALITY
MANAGEMENT”.
Our definition of customers will not be limited with end users and
distributors, we will also include our suppliers, workers and people
who sell our products to this definition.
Instead of controlling our quality, in order to produce with the
product, we will control our process and consistently improve it.
“CONSISTENT IMPROVEMENT” and “doing the job right in the first time”
will be our primary method and principle.
In order to get our workers’ contribution and partipication to our
consistent improvement, we will embrace and perform “CONSISTENT
EDUCATION” principle.
